Doors Open:  8:00 AM
Admission:  Free!
VIP Seating:  There will be a section for parents and fans to watch up close.  This is standing room only and the floor will have any area taped off for coaches.  No one is permitted in the coach area except the coaching staff.  Please reserve the front of the parent section for the parents with cheerleaders that are performing on the stage at that time.
Garnet and Topaz need to be there dressed, hair and make up done at 9:15 AM
All other teams need to be there at 10:15 to cheer on Garnet and Topaz!
Pink Ice, Opals, Rubies 1 need to be dressed, hair and make up done at 10:15.
Emeralds, Jade and Citrine need to be dressed, hair and make up done at 12:00.
Tanzanites, Sapphires, Rubies 2 and Diamonds need to be dressed, hair and make up done at 2:00.

Awards:  Anything given to the girls on stage are to be given to Flo or Bonnie.  Do not distribute them on stage.  Someone always gets left out and doesn't receive whatever it is.  By giving these to Flo or Bonnie, this will help eliminate this problem.
